This page explains the basic information collected through the PyroServices website and project-intake form.
Information submitted
When you use the project-intake form, you may provide contact details, company information, production dates, venue information, project descriptions, budget ranges, and other technical or creative details. PyroServices uses that information to evaluate and respond to your inquiry.
Do not submit restricted information
Do not send passwords, payment-card information, government identification numbers, export-controlled material, classified information, or third-party confidential information you are not authorized to disclose.
Technical logs
The hosting provider may process standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, and error information for security, reliability, and diagnostic purposes.
Sharing
Project information may be shared with service providers, technical specialists, fabricators, operators, venues, or other partners only when reasonably necessary to evaluate or deliver the requested work, subject to appropriate project arrangements. Information may also be disclosed when legally required.
Retention and security
Information is retained as reasonably necessary for inquiry handling, project planning, business records, legal obligations, and security. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
